Nice and quiet for a relaxing few days. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. An added bonus was the friendly email from the owners, notifying us of some items we had forgotten and offering to post them to us.

The check-out experience was a bit unpleasant, with the owners not being very friendly. It would have been better if they had mentioned the early check-out time upon check-in, as we felt rushed to leave.

A very friendly welcome from Glenn. The room and facilities were great and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay, short though it was. We are going to plan a longer stay in Merimbula and Sandpiper next year and will bring our grandchildren (and their parents) with us next time. The "Puddle" is awesome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet. It was just what I wanted for a few days of relaxation. The location was perfect - close to shops and easily accessible transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even extending my check-out time when I requested. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email notifying me that I had forgotten a few things, and they promptly offered to mail them to me. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, location near shops, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The lack of maid service during the stay can be a burden who would prefer not to vacuum, mop, and do dishes themselves.

Stayed at a holiday unit that exceeded my expectations. the apartment was huge, clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing few days. I loved that the owners were considerate enough to send me an email about things that I had forgotten and was willing to post it home for me. the location was perfect, just what I was looking for to get away from it all.

The check-out process ruined my experience as the owners were unfriendly and kicked me out at 9:45, despite check-out being at 9:30. I didn't appreciate the request to clean and vacuum the apartment before leaving, as there was no maid service during the stay.
